Saku is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment, tax, or financial planning advice.

When using Saku, you agree to:

Disclaimer of Warranties

Saku is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.
